See a mistake? We will fix it. Order didn't come? We will resend it. With a 30 day return window, you don't have to worry about getting unfortunate issues fixed.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.
- Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect orders.
- Made to Order or Personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrectly personalized on our end.
- We do not offer exchanges based on incorrect sizing, so please be sure to follow our detailed sizing guides.
- We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, defective merchandise, clean of pet hair, and any odor from foreign substances for returns and refunds.
- A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.

Once we're done making your new wall art, we'll send you a tracking number so you can see where it's at and follow it all the way to your doorstep.
All custom signs usually arrive 4-9 working days from when you order it!
We care deeply not only about the quality of our product, but the quality of the experience it brings you and your loved ones. If your order does arrive damaged, contact us at customercare@zealouschristian.com and we will seek to fix the issue.
All of our signs come with pre-cut holes for easy hanging!
But if you'd prefer, you can also order our special magnetic hanging hardware to hang your art with the perfect spacing.
Depending on the size of your artwork, you may want to order two sets of hangers as they come with 2 per set.
