Welcome to Zealous Christian Gear by ZealousHomes. At ZealousChristian.com, our mission is clear: “To Glorify Jesus Christ by inspiring zealous Christian living, amplifying faithful devotion, and multiplying disciples through community building online.” This passion was born in the heart of Pastor Wayne Sullivan, who has been dreaming and praying for years about ministering to families in a greater way. His vision is to see families and individuals embrace authentic faith and zealous discipleship, creating a ripple effect that transforms communities.

ZealousChristian.com was officially born on May 14, 2015, as ZealousHomes.com. During this time, Pastor Wayne has been dedicatedly raising his two daughters alongside his loving wife, Crystal, while serving in churches across North Carolina. This period was a time of learning and growth, where Wayne deepened his understanding of discipleship and the pivotal role of family dynamics in nurturing faith.

As the dream grew, so did Wayne's skills. He immersed himself in learning graphic design and web design and made several attempts to start our site. However, each time, he felt God prompting him to wait. This patience and perseverance were part of God’s plan, molding the vision to be even more impactful.

All that changed on September 22, 2022. Pastor Wayne felt a divine nudge and sensed that the time was right. With renewed vigor and a clear mission, he officially launched ZealousHomes, LLC, aiming to bless and inspire families everywhere. Our goal is to ignite a zeal for Christ within homes, believing that zealous families can profoundly impact their local communities.

In parallel, Pastor Wayne has been planting “Zealous Church” in Nashville, NC, since April 2022. Long range, he is hoping to establish “The ZealousHomes Network,” a movement to plant new house and micro churches. That doesn’t mean we don’t support traditional churches, we do! In fact, in addition to pastoring “Zealous Church,” Wayne also pastors an established church in “Lighthouse Baptist Church,” also in Nashville, NC. These communities seek to glorify Jesus Christ by gathering His people, growing zealous disciples, and equipping and sending each other out to pursue ministry in God’s Kingdom. We desire to help Christians grow spiritually so that they glow brightly for the glory of God as they go out into their daily lives on mission for Jesus. 

As we began diving deeper into this family business / ministry, we decided that we needed to create more than just a blog. So we created a podcast and an online Christian Gift Store. Our podcast, “The ZealousHomes Podcast” (recently rebranded as “IgniteCast”) has been growing in popularity as believers like yourself are looking for Biblically solid guidance in these troubled days. We also launched our store, “Zealous Christian Gear by ZealousHomes.” Zealous Christian Gear has grown into more than just a store; it's a spark that God used to encourage and embolden Pastor Wayne’s heart. We trust that He will do the same in yours.
