See a mistake? We will fix it. Order didn't come? We will resend it. With a 30 day return window, you don't have to worry about getting unfortunate issues fixed.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect orders.
• Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect orders.
• Made to Order or Personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged or incorrectly personalized on our end.
• We do not offer exchanges based on incorrect sizing, so please be sure to follow our detailed sizing guides.
• We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, defective merchandise, clean of pet hair, and any odor from foreign substances for returns and refunds.
• A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
